These terms explain how you may use melbournethelabel.com and how purchases from Melbourne the Label are handled. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy.

Who operates this store

Melbourne the Label is the trading name of JGR MARKETING SERVICES LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. Our registered business address is 30 N Gould St, Wyoming, WY 82801, United States.

Our support team is available Monday–Sunday, with a response time within 24 hours. For questions about these terms or an order, contact info@melbournethelabel.com. A registered business address is not automatically a return address.

Placing an order

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and authorised to use your chosen payment method. Check the product, size, colour, quantity and delivery details before submitting your order. Keep your confirmation email as proof of purchase.

If an item becomes unavailable, an obvious listing error affects your order, or a payment cannot be verified, we will contact you. Where we cannot supply an item, we will refund the payment for that item. We will not replace a product or charge a higher price without your agreement.

Prices, offers and payment

Our Australian storefront displays prices in Australian dollars unless another currency is clearly selected. Review the total, including any stated taxes and delivery charges, before paying. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. A promotion applies according to the conditions displayed with that offer; the checkout shows any eligible discount before you complete payment.

Prices may change for future purchases. A later price change does not change an order we have already accepted.

Product information

Use the product description and size guide to help choose your item. Colours can appear different on different screens. This does not limit your rights if an item is materially different from its description, sample or stated specifications. Any essential product requirement should be discussed with us before ordering.

Delivery, returns and changes

Delivery estimates and tracking information are set out in our Shipping Policy. Our Return Policy explains our 30-day change-of-mind arrangement and how to report a product problem. Email us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order; we will check whether fulfilment can still be stopped. An order already in transit may need to be delivered before a change-of-mind return can be arranged.

Your consumer rights

Australian customers retain the consumer guarantees and other rights provided by the Australian Consumer Law. A voluntary return period does not restrict those rights. Depending on the problem, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or compensation. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Using the website

Do not use the store for fraud, harassment, unauthorised access or interference with its operation. Respect the intellectual property rights in product photographs, branding and other content. Contact us if you wish to reuse material commercially.

External links and payment services may have their own terms. Our responsibility for your purchase remains subject to applicable law. We cannot promise that the website will be available without interruption.
